Shipping & Delivery
Orders over £60.00 maybe sent by courier and require a signature. It may be more convenient to you to provide a work address to ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible! The courier delivers Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm only. If you are not in when a delivery is made the courier will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged. Sorry, We are unable to specify a time of delivery. As a signature is needed to confirm delivery we are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes. We normally send orders out within three days of receipt of payment, however at busier times of the year this may take up to seven days. Please allow 8 working days for delivery of Mounted Prints.
Privacy & Security
We value your custom and your privacy. Any information given to us is held with care and security. We will need full address and contact details so that your order arrives with you on time and in top top condition! To keep you up to date with our latest products, news, promotional offers and events we will contact you by email or post. We will not send you any unsolicited materials unless you indicate that you want to receive details about products, offers and events etc. when you register. We do not provide your personal details to other companies or individuals for marketing purposes
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please return in its original packaging within 30 days to:

We suggest returning with a proof of posting. We cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error, we will refund or exchange once received.
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
 where goods are not available;
 where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
 if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
 if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment may be made via paypal, through the website. You may also phone through an order and pay via visa, mastercard, debit and electron cards. Or alternatively post your order and a cheque made payable to Claire Louise, and posted to the address on the contacts page Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
